International orders will be shipped through EMS.
Orders are shipped 2-3 business days after being placed.
EMS service takes on average between 3 to 14 business days.

All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or canceled order.

We offer 1% of the purchase amount as the store credit to our members.

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate for time for exchange or returns.
Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically canceled on cancellation or return of the relevant order.
Your store credit will be canceled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
