같은 무늬가 존재하지 않는 각각 다른 무늬로, 불규칙적이고 독특한 기하학적인 아름다운 무늬들은 저마다 다른 의미를 가진다고 합니다.
밑그림 없이 천연의 색으로 염색된 쿠바 텍스타일은 콩고공화국에 위치했던 17-19세기에 번성한 쿠바왕국, 쇼와족의 전통 직물입니다.
현재까지도 대대로 이어지는 전통 공법으로 긴 시간에 걸쳐 제작되고 있습니다.
